THE MOTTO "UNLEARN, COLLABORATE, BUILD AND SUSTAIN"
WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO YOU ?
This motto depicts the layer of phases how the work is done in systematic way:
UNLEARN-  It can be two meaning one in positive way i.e "The word unlearn means that open all your knowledge layer by layer which you got from your teaching and real life experiences and implement it in practical way" and second one in negative way "un" word is use to make antonyms of words, so unlearn can be removing all the knowledge that you got from your past to avoid interruption in gaining new knowledge.
COLLABORATE-  We know the quote "united we win,divided we fall" , so better the team member, better outcome will be, we need to unite our different youthful ideas to accomplish one objective of the organisation.
BUILD- If different people from different areas, upbringing came up with different experience and collaborate in one objective, we will generate a best outcome.
Sustain - This is an important part of any plan, if we make a software and we are not able to maintain it's results and we are not aware of its testing outcome it will be our biggest failure, quality matters in market and if it can't survive in real market and we are not able to tackle it's error , then it will results nothing and our whole hard work is destroyed.
